  • Please note: Dr Louise Phillips privately bills all DVA patients.

    Dr Louise Phillips is an experienced GP and has worked at Albany Hills Radius Medical Centre for 10 years. She has a special interest in metabolic disease and using low carbohydrate diets (including Keto) and intermittent fasting to help improve Type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, polycystic ovarian syndrome, weight issues, gout and hypertension.

    She graduated from the University of Queensland with first class honours in 1999 and received the Maureen Duke and Marion Sullivan Memorial Award for her GP fellowship exam in 2005. She is passionate about ongoing medical education and participates in training for GP registrars and medical students.

    She is a Certified Nutrition Network Medical Practitioner after successfully completing their medical certification pathway, which is one of the most rigorous trainings in this field.

    Dr Phillips believes addressing the root cause of illness and disease, is the most effective way of improving health. She has a particular interest in family medicine, preventative health and helping patients to achieve their best health outcomes and has a comprehensive, caring and holistic approach.

  • Dr Caetlin Jopson: Appointments are closed to new patients and Radius patients whom she has not seen before. Dr Caetlin Jopson has been a doctor for over 30 years having trained at Sydney University and has also completed a Diploma in Tropical Medicine, a Master’s in Public Health and Tropical Medicine and FRACGP. In the past 5 years, Caetlin has developed a strong and passionate interest in weight management and has completed the SCOPE Obesity course as one of the first cohort of Horizon mentees (one of 34 doctors in Australia to be selected to be mentored in Obesity Medicine by the World Leading Scope course). Over this 5 years, Caetlin has gained much experience being involved in a Multidisciplinary Diabetes and Weight Management Clinic in General Practice alongside a Dietician/Diabetes Educator and Nurse. Aside from diabetes and weight management, Caetlin has a special interest in women’s health and performs Mirena IUDs insertions, travel medicine including Q fever and Yellow fever vaccinations, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health. She has done 3 medical volunteering trips to Cambodia which she loves and hope to go again sometime soon.

    Caetlin is the mother of two teenage boys and 2 dogs Millie and Pippa.

    Dr Rick Sapsford graduated from the University of Queensland in 1981 and studied surgery and family medicine prior to commencing in General Practice at Wickham Terrace and later at Albany Creek. Dr Sapsford has cultivated a special interest in counselling and has completed his Masters Degree in General Practice Psychiatry through the Monash University. Dr Sapsford also holds a fellowship from the RACGP and has a very keen interest in ongoing general practice education and supervision.

    Dr Monique Glover graduated in 1995 from the University of Queensland and is a fellow of the RACGP. Dr Glover has been a member of the Radius team for over 10 years. We are pleased to have Dr Glover continue to practice with us as an invaluable member of our team.

  • Dr Nabeel Dastagir graduated from his medical degree in James Cook University in 2019. He worked for a few years at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in various departments such as emergency, general medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics/gynaecology, orthopaedics, pain medicine, rehabilitation and mental health. Nabeel enjoys all aspects of general practice, with a particular interest in sports medicine and preventative health. When not working, Nabeel enjoys travelling, going to the gym, playing soccer and martial arts.

    Dr Kamil Wegrecki grew up in New Zealand and finished high school in Brisbane. He earned a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from UQ and his medical degree from the University of Notre Dame Sydney. Kamil trained for 5 years in some of Sydney’s busiest tertiary referral centres: Liverpool, Royal Prince Alfred and Westmead Hospitals. His training included placements in Emergency medicine as well as 2 years of surgical training in a variety of specialties including Ear, Nose and Throat surgery and general surgery.

    ​Kamil decided to return to Brisbane in 2022 and is now happily settled in North Brisbane with his wife and four children.

    Kamil enjoys the diversity of general practice and has special interests in Ear, nose and throat conditions, skin cancer and chronic disease.

    ​Kamil has ample experience performing dry ear suction. He also has skills in minor surgery and offers skin checks.

    Having a growing family, he is passionate about helping parents and their children thrive.

    He speaks fluent Polish.

  • Dr Marisa Rinaudo graduated from James Cook University in 2018 and after completing her internship at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital she spent 3 years working in paediatrics and emergency medicine before starting general practice training. Dr Marisa enjoys working across all areas of general practice, and has an interest in mental health, paediatrics and women’s health. She strives to provide high quality care to all her patients.

  • Dr Luke graduated from the University of Queensland in 2020, following his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. Prior to joining us at Radius, Dr Luke gained experience in a number of fields during his time working at Townsville University Hospital, Charters Towers Hospital and Ingham Hospital before returning to Brisbane for general practice training last year. Luke enjoys most areas of General Practice.

    When he’s not working, Luke likes keeping active by running and going to the gym, reading and spending time with family and friends.

    Dr. Erin Goldstiver is a General Practitioner with a broad range of experience across various specialties. She has traveled and worked extensively throughout Australia and New Zealand.

    Dr. Goldstiver graduated in Medicine from the University of Queensland in 2003. Before becoming a GP, she gained experience in Paediatrics and Emergency Medicine. She is passionate about building long-term therapeutic relationships with her patients, focusing on treating the individual, not just the medical condition.

    Since 2008, Dr. Goldstiver has been dedicated to General Practice. She has particular interests in Chronic Disease Management, Child and Adolescent Health, Women’s Health, and Mental Health. Additionally, she enjoys Travel Medicine—especially when patients share details of their upcoming adventures!

    Her training in Travel and Expedition Medicine has taken her to Borneo, Belize, and Nepal. She has volunteered with Camp Quality and served on a medical ship in Papua New Guinea. Dr. Goldstiver is also certified to administer Yellow Fever vaccinations.

    After spending six years away following her partner's career in Defence, Erin has returned to Radius. She and her partner have two young children. Erin enjoys hiking, traveling, local adventures, and savoring good food and wine.

    She is thrilled to be back with the Radius Family and looks forward to reconnecting with past patients and welcoming new ones.

    She is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays.

  • Dr Patricia obtained her qualifications from the University of Queensland in 2019.  Prior to this, she worked as a paramedic in Canada. 

    Following her studies, Dr Patricia worked in Townsville University Hospital and Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and has completed the Sydney Child Health Program.  

    Dr Patricia enjoys all aspects of general practice, with special interests in women's health, antenatal care, paediatrics, and mental health. 

    Dr Patricia is fluent in speaking Cantonese and English. 

    When not at work, Patricia spends her time chasing after her toddler and cavoodle and enjoys Parkrun.

  • Dr Eva Lee graduated from University of Queensland in 1999. She spent her internship and subsequent 2 years of residency at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s hospital. She has a special interest in skin disorders and has completed her Master’s degree in Public Health on the epidemiology of melanoma. Dr Lee has also completed her Fellowship of General Practice.

  • Graduated from University of Queensland in 2009 and spent 3 years working in a number of different specialty areas at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. She has worked in General Practice since 2013, gaining her fellowship in 2019. Natalie enjoys all areas of General Practice, particularly mental health, women’s health and antenatal care. Prior to medicine, Natalie practiced as a dietitian in both community and hospital settings. She is passionate about holistic care and preventative health for all people. As a mum of four kids, Natalie loves finding ways to support families and new mums.

    Dr Lauren Bracey completed her medical degree at Griffith University in 2014, following an undergraduate degree in Medical Science. She spent 3 years working in the hospital environment, with a dedicated 12 months in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. During this time, Lauren completed both her Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and her Diploma of Child Health. She received her Fellowship in General Practice in 2019. Lauren is passionate about getting to know her patients beyond their health concerns to ensure she provides holistic care across all areas of Family Medicine. Her special interests include Women’s Health (particularly antenatal care), paediatrics, and preventative health care.

    Dr Laura Hopkirk graduated from James Cook University in Townsville in 2013. After graduating she worked at the Cairns Hospital for four years in many different specialties before making the move south to start general practice training in 2018. She has a strong interest in family and preventative medicine and strives to provide holistic health care to all.

  • Dr Lynn da Costa acquired a Bachelor degree in Biomedical Science at QUT and then studied Doctor of Medicine and Surgery (MChD) at ANU in Canberra. She completed her internship at the Tweed Hospital followed by a residency year at the Prince Charles Hospital, Brisbane. Dr Lynn then spent a year in Paediatrics prior to commencing rural GP training in Warwick and Allora. She has been working as a fellowed GP for the last few years in Karalee.

  • Dr Meyer is a passionate and experienced GP dedicated to supporting women through all stages of life, with a particular focus on perimenopause and menopause. As a member of the Australian Menopause Society, she is committed to helping women manage the physical and emotional challenges of menopause, while embracing this natural transition with confidence and empowerment. 

    Dr Meyer is welcoming new patients to her evidence-based Perimenopause & Menopause Clinic for tailored assessment and management plans.  

    Dr Meyer graduated from James Cook University Medical School in 2005 and has gained valuable experience across a range of medical specialties, including Emergency, Intensive Care, Anaesthetics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Cardiology, and Rural & Remote Medicine. This broad background underpins her holistic and compassionate approach to general practice. 

    She achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2014 and has been a valued part of the team at Radius Albany Hills Medical Centre since 2013. Alongside her general practice work, Dr Meyer has contributed to GP registrar education and worked in Fertility Medicine. Currently, Dr Meyer holds a GP with Special Interest position, within the Urology Department at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital.

    Dr Daniel Henderson graduated medicine in 2011 from Flinders University and before completing his GP fellowship exams in 2016 worked at Toowoomba Base Hospital and at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. Prior to medicine he was a University of Queensland trained Physiotherapist for 10 years working mainly with adults and children with brain injury in Australia, the UK and in refugee camps in SE Asia and has gone on to do a Masters of Public Health. He enjoys the holistic care of all aspects of General Practice with a special interest in Mental health, Musculoskeletal , Travel medicine and the care of adults and children with disabilities.

    Dr Sarah Hodge graduated from Griffith University School of Medicine with first class honours in 2012, following a previous career as an emergency nurse. She became a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2018. She is committed to ongoing professional development with the aim of delivering specialist level care in the community setting. Dr Hodge is a mother to two primary-school aged children and in her spare time loves to learn French, drink coffee and go to the gym.

    Dr Hodge has a special interest in women’s health, particularly the management of perimenopause. She also loves making sure that patients with asthma, eczema and allergies have optimised treatment.  She offers iron infusions to meet the growing needs of her patients for out of hospital care.

    Dr Hodge has always held a very special interest in paediatrics and is now available for consultations to provide comprehensive and acute care for children during our dedicated Radius Kids Clinic held on Monday afternoons from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.

  • Dr Stephanie Huxley completed her medical degree at Griffith University in 2012. She spent 3 years working at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a number of specialties, with her final year focusing on emergency medicine. Dr Huxley started working as a registrar in general practice in 2016 and gained her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2018. Since this time, she has gained further experience working as a GP within the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Gestational Diabetes Antenatal Clinic. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine and caring for her patients as a whole.

    Her special interests include paediatrics, sexual health, antenatal care and both women’s and men’s health. She is also passionate about preventative health care and chronic disease optimisation.

    Dr Louise Hale graduated from the University of Adelaide in 2008. She has since worked at the Gold Coast Hospital and Caboolture Hospital and joined the Radius team in 2014. She obtained her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017. Dr Hale has a particular interest in mental health. She is trained in EMT (emotional modulation therapy), DBT skills (Dialectical Behaviour therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing).

    Following her graduation from the University of Queensland in 2002, Dr Jo O’Reilly spent 3 years working at the Mater Hospital in South Brisbane. Dr O’Reilly started work in General Practice in 2006 and joined the Albany Hills Radius team in 2008. She also completed her FRACGP in 2008. Dr O’Reilly enjoys the variety of work that General Practice offers and is also currently combining her clinical practice with a teaching role at the University of Queensland. Dr O’Reilly is also trained in Implanon insertion and removals.

  • Dr Theresa Armstrong is an experienced locally based Doctor who has recently joined the Radius Albany Hills team from MylocalDoc Aspley. Theresa brings to the clinic her extensive clinical experience and is excited to welcome previous, existing and new patients.  Dr Theresa looks forward to joining the Radius team from 30 June 2025. 

    Theresa grew up in Brisbane and later moved to Sydney to complete her medical degree at the University of Sydney. After completing her study, Theresa joined the Royal Australian Air Force as a Medical Officer, where she was deployed to the Middle East with Australian troops and took part in various humanitarian missions.  Theresa continues to remain an active RAAF reservist and is passionate about Veteran's health.  

    Theresa loves working as a Doctor in General Practice; she thrives on the challenge and variety, and is passionate about helping people to reach their full health potential.  Theresa is thorough, comprehensive and dedicated to her patient’s health needs.    

    As a mother, wife and daughter, Theresa understands the importance of finding the right family doctor who has a genuine interested in your Family’s wellbeing and is willing to take a proactive approach to health.   

    Theresa is interested in all aspects of General Practice from child health through to Geriatric Medicine and all that’s in between.  Theresa’s military medicine background has also provided her with unique skills in Aviation Medicine and Occupational Medicine.

    Outside of medicine and caring for her family, Theresa loves Pilates, Dancing and a good action movie!; the family has a 1979 Chevrolet Corvette sitting in their garage waiting patiently to be restored!

  • Dr Hannah Hartman graduated from James Cook University in 2017. She completed 3 years of training in Paediatrics and has a special interest in looking after children. Dr Hannah is a caring doctor and is passionate about providing holistic care to patients.

    Dr Marco Zorzetto graduated in 1981 from University of Queensland and spent a number of years at Mater Hospital Complex at South Brisbane. He studied Paediatrics in particular, moving into Community based management of children and families through a Development Assessment Team. Whilst in the Health Development he finished an MBA with a view to being in Administration. General Practice however caught his eye whilst working part time. Marco has been in General Practice ever since – some 30 plus years. In particular, Marco enjoys working with children, young families and has a strong interest in Men’s Health. Marco has moved from the south side of Brisbane where he enjoyed the complexity of General Practice together with the ability to see and work with multi-generations of family members to help manage their health.

    Socially, Marco has three adult aged children and two grandchildren. They are a big focus of Marco’s life as a Dad and Poppy! Marco looks forward to developing the same type of Practice at Albany Hills that he has always had.

  • Dr Lauren Topping graduated from the University of Queensland in 2019.  She spent 3 years working across different departments at Redcliffe hospital, Sydney and across Tasmania.  Before starting General Practice she completed a year of Paediatrics at Gympie Hospital and is currently completing a Diploma of Child Health. 

    Lauren enjoys getting to know her patients and providing care at all stages of life. 

    Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and enjoys a Saturday morning park run.

    Dr Biscak graduated Medicine from Griffith University and completed her GP specialist fellowship exams in 2017.     After graduating from medicine at the University of Sydney in 2015, Dr Caitlin Campbell has worked at both the Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital and The Prince Charles Hospital before choosing to specialize in General Practice. Dr Campbell believes in the importance of developing a solid relationship based on mutual respect and trust with her patients, and while open to all areas of General Practice, has a special focus on Women’s Health.

    When not working, Dr Campbell enjoys creating meals to share with loved ones, walking her crazy dogs in beautiful Brisbane locations, and beach camping trips.

  • Dr Yvonne Chan has recently relocated back to Brisbane after spending 10 years in Rockhampton. She graduated from the University of Queensland and worked at Rockhampton Base Hospital before moving into General Practice. She has completed her FRACGP and FPAA Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health. 

    During her time in Rockhampton, Yvonne also worked as a Senior Medical Officer at BreastScreen QLD and held a teaching role at the University of Queensland Rural Clinical School. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice with special interest in Women and Sexual Health (including antenatal care and breast medicine) and Paediatrics. She is also trained in Implanon insertion and removals. 

    Yvonne is the mother of two young boys and is excited to be back in Brisbane.

  • Dr Rachael Lay graduated from James Cook University in 2015 and trained at The Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Queensland Children’s Hospital and Redcliffe Hospital before moving into general practice. She obtained both her fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and her Master of Public Health in 2021. Rachael enjoys all aspects of general practice with a particular interest in women’s health, paediatrics, sexual health and preventative health. She provides prescriptions for PrEP as well as care for women considering a medical termination of pregnancy. She also enjoys conducting travel medicine consults and is able to provide Yellow Fever vaccinations.

    Dr Michelle Warman graduated from the University of Queensland in 2005, and subsequently completed her GP fellowship in 2011. Dr Warman enjoys all aspects of General Practice work, her areas of interest include all family and paediatric medicine, women’s health and breast medicine, preventative health care and mental health support and counselling. Dr Warman is an IUD inserter and has extensive experience in women’s health. Dr Warman is also an experienced medical educator, working in registrar education and training, she was a special education teacher before completing her medical training. She has been with Radius for more than 10 years and loves being part of the great team providing quality medical care.
